CRM Integrations

We are excited to share that Openn is now integrated with the following CRM's to make the process of uploading your property as seamless as possible. Once your CRM is set up with your profile, simply click a button to add a property, set up details specific to your campaign, and launch. 
If your CRM is not listed, please contact our Sales & Partnerships Manager, Will Hume-Humphreys on will.humphreys@openn.com.au or 0419 899 181 to discuss the progress of your CRM.

SET UP INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Go to Openn.com.au and login with Agency Admin permissions
  2. Select Settings and then Agency
  3. Enter your REA ID where indicated. You can enter an existing ID or click Generate REA ID to generate a new one.
    You can generate an ID multiple times. Ultimately, it is important that the ID generated is the same on Openn and your CRM.
  4. Save
  5. Contact your CRM for further instructions to complete the integration
Once the property is loaded on your CRM, it will be in created status on your dashboard at www.openn.com.au. Click on the property, enter required Openn specifics such as reserve and Final Bidding/Offer Stage date and Seller information and launch.
Only users with Agency Admin permissions will be able to access the REA ID. Contact support@openn.com.au to find out who your Agency Admin users are or request access.
