It is possible for the buyer or the agent, to copy a buyers existing terms from one listing to another listing. This is particularly useful for buyers that are participating in lot releases, as they can create their terms on one listing and then copy them to subsequent bids on other listings.
Once you have copied the terms, you can keep them exactly as is, or update any fields as required.
| It is only possible to copy buyer terms to another listing at the same agency as the previous bid. A buyer or an agent cannot copy terms from a listing from another agency. |
