As the Agent/Auctioneer, you have the ability to withdraw a leading bid in an Openn Negotiation only if it was made in bad faith or in error.

• Select Withdraw Leading Bid from the right side of screen
• Comment on the reason for the withdrawal such as bidder overbidding by mistake or being made by mistake
• The leading bid will be withdrawn however the bidder will still remain qualified and able to participate further

This feature is available in the Campaign and Final Bidding Stage

In the event the withdrawn leading bid was the only bid for the bidder, their status will change to 'resubmit' and they are required to enter a new bid to participate.
