The AWARD WINNER button is available through the entire campaign and Final Offer Stage.
To award the winner:
- Select Award Winner button
- Select the winning buyer from the drop down box and adjust the winning offer value if required
- Select Next and OK
The next step is to execute a digital contract. If the buyer entered all of their information accurately, you can apply the pre-existing data to the contract and it will pre-fill the contract or use free form text to enter anything else manually.
Once the contract is signed and you’ve received a deposit, you can mark the property as under offer / sold.
