How to change an under offer or passed in property to sold

This article gives instructions on how to change an under offer or passed in property to sold

HOW TO CHANGE UNDER OFFER/PASSED IN PROPERTY TO SOLD

  1. Go to the property that is Under Offer or Passed In
  2. Select MANAGE and SOLD from the right hand menu
  3. Select an existing bidder from the negotiation or select NO if it is not an existing registered bidder
  4. Enter the Sale Price
  5. Enter the Sold Date/Time
  6. Select NEXT and you will then be asked to confirm the sale
If the property is being sold to someone that is not a registered bidder, they will be allocated the paddle number P9999.
