Agents can access a property report for all completed negotiations. It is a valuable marketing tool for future clients and contains the property address, final sale price (if Sold or Under Offer), the number of buyers and bids/offers, days on the market, and a complete bidding or offer timeline.
Generate a property report
- Navigate to the negotiation
- Select Manage and Generate Report
- Once the document has loaded, select Download PDF
