This article explains how to update a property status when contract documentation is done outside of the Openn app in a private treaty campaign
If you are completing contract documentation for your Openn Offer (private treaty) campaign outside of the Openn app, you can update the status of the contract manually as Completed which will change the property status.
- Select Manage and Contract Complete
- Select OK
Your property will now show as Under Offer or Sold depending on your winning buyer's terms
