How to update the property as sold after the FBS

| Selling your listing post-Final Bidding Stage can be done to an existing bidder or as a private sale. |
Update your 'Under Offer' or 'Passed In' negotiations to ‘Sold’ when the sale is finalised or you are able to sell the property after the final bidding stage, as follows:
- Navigate to the negotiation and select Manage > Sold from the menu
- Identify the paddle number of the winning buyer or select No if the listing was sold to a buyer that is not a registered bidder and you do not need to select the paddle number.
- Enter the sale price and sold date/time
- Select Next to confirm the listing is Sold
