| We recommend you first list the property as Private Treaty and create as much urgency as possible. Once you have either multiple bids OR are a week from the FBS, change the listing to an auction. |
INSTRUCTIONS
- Go to your Openn Negotiation listing and retrieve your invite link by clicking on the 'Manage' button with 3 vertical dots
- On realestate.com.au or your CRM, enter the copied URL into the External Links section

- Save your listing
- Completing this update on realestate.com.au Admin will have an immediate affect showing a red button on your listing that will click direct to your Openn Negotiation listing. A CRM update could take up to 30 minutes to take affect.
